We are a property trading, investment/development company operating throughout the Merseyside region.
Incorporated in 2002, and with over 40 years of accumulated property experience at all market sectors, we are a flexible and dynamic company.
Since incorporation we have operated in the fields of commercial and residential property, developing land, derelict sites, licensed premises and office buildings.
Our four core propositions:
- We seek deals. If you can offer us sites or properties where there is potential for adding value, regardless of size, we will pay generous commissions.
- We have property to sell ranging from entire office buildings, retail shops, land and individual houses.
- We operate on a partnership basis wherever appropriate and will consider joint ventures on the basis of either party bringing in a mix of property, finance and expertise.
- Through our sister company Cuddly Bears, we can offer a bespoke management package, incorporating everything from finding and refurbishing suitable property, to furnishing and managing them.
