Greek St
- A former joinery workshop purchased with a view to obtaining planning permission for mixed use premises.
- This was obtained and the scheme was sold on to a developer, with the benefit of planning for 50 apartments and 8,000 SqFt A3 / Leisure.
London Road
- Purchased by tender from Liverpool City Council. Planning permission was obtained for new mixed use development of 20 two bedroom apartments, and 4,000 SqFt A1 / Retail.
- The project was sold to a developer.
Woodcroft Hotel
- The public house was purchased from a brewery and sold on one year later with the benefit of planning permission for a hotel and restaurant.
Rowan Park
- A development of 16, three and four bedroom new build detatched and semi-detatched houses.
- Sold individually to investors and owner occupiers.
Woodhurst Crescent
- A development of twenty-five, two and three bedroom detatched and semi-detatched houses purchased from the developer and sold to inidvidual occupiers and investors.
All Hallows
- A development of 28 houses purchased from the developer and sold individually to investors and owner occupiers.
Baltic Triangle
- A former grain warehouse developed in to 20 apartments and sold to individual investors and owner occupiers.
Dryden Hotel
- Purchased from a national brewery and sold to Ashtenne PLC as part of their development of Wavertree Technology Park.
- The Dryden with access to Edge Lane was seen as the final piece of the jigsaw.
Garston Hotel, Garston Liverpool
- Hotel and site (0.75 Acres) acquired. Planning consent achieved for 46 apartments. Sold to developer.
- Finished Development
Village Nook Aintree
- Private estate, five bungalows in 1 Acre land. Modernised and sold to owner occupiers.
